As Director of Client Relations MediaSmack, Allison supervises and oversees a team of account managers who act as the main point of contact for all clients. Her work involves building high-level strategic relationships with clients, anticipating the business needs and campaign goals for multiple accounts, and creatively solving problems for clients throughout the duration of their contracts.
Ultimately, Allison believes that her greatest responsibility at MediaSmack is to ensure ongoing client satisfaction via maximum responsiveness, high-quality customer service and personalized client care. To this end, she oversees and follows up on the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across the portfolio of clients, which are customized to fit each individual firm’s needs. Generally, this involves coordinating communication and cooperation between clients and the other departments in the company, explaining marketing strategies and data to clients or working with the other departments to answer more detailed questions.
Additionally, Allison leads necessary client outreach training for her own department as well as the rest of the company. This includes refining and implementing techniques for managing client calls, working with the sales team and performing quality assurance checks on all websites. She also works directly with the Operations team to influence and shape the overall business strategy for MediaSmack as a growing legal marketing agency.
Prior to taking on the Director of Client Relations role at MediaSmack, Allison graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2009. After working as an intern during college, she joined a boutique legal marketing firm full-time upon graduation and has worked her way up.
Allison is a Texas girl born and raised, and she now resides in Austin where her child, a four-legged Plott Hound, rescued her in 2011. She enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle, which includes cross-training, yoga or running.
